La Vaure's history

La Vaure was once a little fief. It belonged, in the seventeenth century, to Guy Dexmier, the lord of La Vaure and of Breuil of Blanzac that married the lady Renée de La Touche, the daughter of the lord of Chillac, and later the lady Renée de Fournoux, the daughter of the lord of Parsay. He later transmitted this fief to Charles Dexmier, captain in the regiment of Navarre.
