THE ESTATE

« Le Domaine de la Vaure » can be rented in its entirety or some house(s) only.

Nestled in the heart of 4 hectares of wooded land, La Vaure offer a variety of spaces, notably a yoga/fitness room, a multi-purpose room for meetings or activities, a barn eqipped for receptions, as well as a generous swimming pool.

We are ready to personnalise your stay, whether it’s for a holiday, a special event or a retreat: private chef services or delivery of dinner, lunch, breakfast, or snacks; tastings of local produces and wines; fitness, yoga, dance, and sports classes in our dedicated studio or outdoors; beauty and relaxation massages; concerts; games; and much more.

Let us know your needs and we will do everything in our power to help you to make them a reality.

For individual rentals, in the mid and low seasons, the minimum stay is 3 nights for a wedding and 2 nights for individual rentals. For business rentals, day rentals are possible. From July to August, we recommend a minimum stay of 4 nights.

Please note that the provision of bed linen, hand, bath and swimming pool towels, as well as the cleaning service at the end of the rental period, are included in the rental price.

THE MANOR

The manor house is the heart of the estate. When you book the manor house with its 6 bedrooms, you have exclusive access to its barn, the front gardens, and the back courtyard.

The multi-purpose barn for activities and events, the fitness and yoga room, and the swimming pool are shared.

The ground floor of the Manor (living room, dining room and library) can be adapted for professional events in meeting rooms (respectively for 10, 20 and 8 people).

Moreover, you have the possibility to book the small house, the longhouse, the studio or the small cottage in addition.

CONFORT

A vast grounds extends in front of the Manor, while a private courtyard is located at the back on the property.

The Manor offers the following amenities :

A grand living room providing a confortable space, perfect for the children.
A spacious dinning room with an adjacent kitchen.
A library located near the dining room, ideal for evenings after dinner.
One bedroom and bathroom are downstairs, the other ones are upstairs.

ISOLATION IN LUXURY

The Manor, constructed during the sixteen century, is located in an elevated position at the front of the property, offering a panoramic view on the vast surrounding fields.

Stay in the Manor, an elegantly furnished place capable of accommodating up to 14 people, and you won't want to leave.

MANOR BARN - GUARANTEED EFFECT

A barn is available next to the manor (outside door and door to the kitchen).

It's the ideal place to organize dance parties, ceremonies, or simply meals or cocktails in a cool place.

In a festive atmosphere, you will find everything you need to make the most of it.

THE SMALL HOUSE

The farmhouse, a charming traditional residence beautifully restored, presents a exceptional view of the picturesque fields and a castle perched on top of a hill.

This house can comfortably accommodate up to six adults and one child and is complemented by a private garden and a parking space.

The ground floor of the small house (living room and dining room) can be adapted for professional events in meeting rooms (respectively for 15 and 30 people).

You have the option of renting it independently or integrating it into the manor estate's offerings.

BEAUTIFULLY RENOVATED HOUSE

Spend a pleasant stay in a charming nestled farm, ideal to welcome up to 6 persons, and enjoy a peaceful country setting with a magnificient view.

Its 2 bedrooms are equipped with their own bathroom and one of them has also a single bed, ideal for a child.

In the living room, there is also a double bed to provide extra sleeping space if needed.

The kitchen and living room have wood-burning stoves for added conviviality.

GARDEN

An elegant outside dining area is at your disposal, equipped by a spacious table and a barbecue.

The geographical location of this property offers you the opportunity to explore all the treasures of this superb region.

THE LONGHOUSE & THE STUDIO

The Longère and the studio constitute respectively the third and fourth residences on the "Domaine de La Vaure" estate.

They can be booked independently for groups of up to 10 people or for a couple.

The farmhouse only has a small kitchenette (small fridge, 1 microwave and 2 electric hobs) but combined with the adjoining studio, it allows 12 people to spend excellent moments with a fully equipped kitchen, a pretty living room and a very charming little outdoor terrace.

The ground floor of the Longhouse and the studio (main room) can be adapted for professional events in meeting rooms (for 10 people).

You also have the option to reserve the entire domain in the domain option.

THE STUDIO IS A COZY NEST FOR A COUPLE OR A BEAUTIFUL ADDITION TO THE LONGHOUSE

The studio includes:

a beautiful, well-equipped kitchen, as well as a living and dining area,
separate toilets,
a bedroom separated by a sliding door and a bathroom with a bath and shower,
A heat pump in the living room enhances the cozy atmosphere and allows you to enjoy heating in winter and coolness in summer.

A lovely little terrace allows you to enjoy the sun.

An ideal place to enjoy the region as a couple or to complement the farmhouse.

RUSTIC CHARM - LONGHOUSE

The Longhouse consists of a large double bedroom and a separate living room with a kitchenette on the ground floor.

The upper floor consists of two double bedrooms and one bedroom with two single beds and a cot. One of the double bedrooms has its own bathroom and also has two optional single beds.

The other bedrooms share a bathroom upstairs.

The house is equipped with heat pumps to manage cold winter days and heat summer nights.

Note: the upstairs bedrooms have low beams.

THE LITTLE COTTAGE

The little cottage is the newest addition to the estate.

It was designed to easily transition from the ideal meeting place to a charming house that can accommodate 2 couples to enjoy our beautiful region.

INDIVIDUAL CONFIGURATION

The main room on the retro-style ground floor is a gallery showcasing the works of a local painter. It includes a kitchen area, a dining area, and a lounge area.

The upper floor consists of 2 double bedrooms and one bathroom with shower and toilet.

PROFESSIONAL CONFIGURATION

The main room on the ground floor is transformed into a meeting room with a television, break area and all the necessary equipment.

Upstairs there are 2 small meeting rooms for 4 people and toilet.

SWIMMING POOL- YOGA STUDIO - EVENT BARN

This central part of the domain is accessible from all parts of the domain:

An outdoor swimming pool measuring 12*6 m
Tables, chairs, outdoor lounge and relaxation areas are available around the pool
A yoga studio that can be transformed according to your specifications into a meeting room, a games room, a lesson room (theatre school, singing school, etc.)
Yoga and fitness equipment is available and can be available to you.
An event room that can be used
- as a dinning room for wedding or event,
- as a conference room for professional event
- as dance or various sports classes,
- or simply to enjoy the available equipment (ping pong table, snooker, badminton or children's games).
- It is possible to privatize this part or rent it separately, particularly for professional events.
